What kind of termite barrier do you install?
Either a reticulation system or a bait-station barrier, chosen to suit your home’s construction and surrounds. We recommend the right approach after inspecting your property rather than assuming one upfront.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty applies to the protection we’ve completed and renews each year alongside your plan, with no fixed-term lock-in. We’ll walk you through exactly what it covers in plain terms before you start. Worth knowing: no Australian insurer covers termite damage, so an active, warranted barrier is your practical cover.
How is it different from PerimeterCare and PerimeterCare Plus?
PerimeterCare is general pest control on its own. PerimeterCare Plus adds an annual termite inspection, so it watches for termites. PerimeterCare Complete goes further again, adding an active barrier and a warranty, so termites are prevented from reaching your home in the first place.
Do I still get an annual inspection?
Yes. Even with a barrier in place, a yearly inspection is your early-warning system and keeps your warranty and records current. It’s built into the plan.
