Termite inspection
Every service starts with a full inspection of your home and grounds, so the refill is backed by a current picture of your termite risk, not done blind.

Termite reticulation · NSW
Termite inspection. System refill. Peace of mind. If your home already has a reticulation system, keeping it charged is the quiet difference between a barrier that protects and one that’s quietly lapsed.
What’s involved
A reticulation service is more than a top-up. It’s a check of your home’s protection, a recharge of the treated zone, and a clear record of both.
Every service starts with a full inspection of your home and grounds, so the refill is backed by a current picture of your termite risk, not done blind.
We top up and recharge the reticulation system through its existing access points, restoring the treated zone around your home to full strength.
You receive a plain-language report of what was inspected, what was refilled and the system’s condition, useful for your records and at sale time.
We work across the common reticulation brands. Not sure what you have? We’ll identify it on site and service it accordingly.
Is it right for you?
A service includes a full inspection, so you get a clear answer along with the refill.
Reticulation chemical depletes over time. Past the refill cycle, the treated zone may no longer be protecting your home.
A serviced system and current inspection report are reassuring to buyers and simple to hand over.
We’ll identify the system on site, check its condition and service it, with no need to know the brand beforehand.
Pricing & getting started
A full inspection plus system service typically falls between $600 and $2,000, depending on the system type, number of zones and your home’s perimeter. Tell us about your home and we’ll come back with a clear price.

It’s a network of pipes installed around your home’s perimeter that delivers termiticide into the soil, creating a treated zone termites can’t cross undetected. It’s refilled periodically to stay effective.
Most systems need a refill every one to three years depending on the product used, soil conditions and your home. We’ll advise the right cycle for your system after inspecting it.
Look for filling points or junction boxes around the perimeter, often near taps or garden beds. If you’re unsure, we can identify it during a visit.
We check the system’s condition as part of the service. If we find a fault, we’ll explain your options: a repair or, where needed, a retrofit barrier.
Yes. A refill restores the chemical barrier, but an annual inspection is your early-warning system and is recommended regardless of the system in place.
A thorough check of your home and grounds for signs of termite activity, conducive conditions and the condition of any existing protection, followed by a written report.
We service the common systems found in NSW homes. If yours is less common, we’ll identify it on site and let you know before proceeding.
No pressure and no call centre. You’ll reach the people who do the work.
