Procurement & committee questions

What are your standard contract terms?

Standard agreements run for 12 months with extension options. Multi-year terms are available, with pricing benefits for longer commitments.

Can you supply certificates and licences?

Yes. A public liability Certificate of Currency, the NSW pest management technician licence, and APVMA product registrations are supplied with proposals and renewed annually.

How are tenants notified of treatments?

Grove issues service notices on your letterhead or ours, covering the treatment date, products to be used and any safety instructions.

What reporting do we receive?

A service report is provided per visit, plus an annual summary formatted for AGM packs and budget review.

What areas do you cover?

Greater Sydney is standard, including the Hills District, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Southern and Western Sydney. Regional NSW is considered case by case.

What happens if an unexpected issue comes up between visits?

Reactive callouts are included in the contract, with a one-business-day response and no surcharge.

How is pricing structured?

Priced per property, based on building size, unit or area count, common-area footprint, service frequency and reporting requirements. Terms are fixed, with a CPI review on multi-year agreements.
