Rolling cover
Active for the life of your plan, reviewed as your service continues.
Termite protection · NSW
A termite warranty should protect your home, not lock you into a contract you can’t leave. With an active Grove service plan, if termite activity is detected, treatment is included at no additional cost, and every visit is recorded in a full digital report.
How it works
The warranty is tied to your active service, not a locked-in contract. If termite activity turns up while your plan is current, treatment is included and every visit is documented.
Active for the life of your plan, reviewed as your service continues.
Leave anytime with no penalties. Coverage simply ends when the plan does.
Digital records of every service, so you always know what’s been done.
If termite activity is detected during an active plan with current services, Grove locates the colony, traces entry points and treats it at no charge.
Conditions
A few straightforward conditions keep your cover valid, mostly about keeping inspections and servicing on schedule.
A rolling warranty tied to ongoing management. Services need to be completed on schedule.
Your home needs a yearly inspection to the AS 3660.2 standard, carried out by Grove or any licensed pest technician.
Alterations, extensions or renovations affecting protected areas need appropriate termite protection put back in place.
Landscaping or paving that damages barriers, reticulation systems or bait stations needs repairing before cover applies to that area again.
Exclusions
The warranty covers termite treatment, not the cost of repairing what termites, or building works, may have already affected.
Damage to framing, wall linings, cabinetry or flooring isn’t covered, even where it followed a termite breach.
Repair or replacement isn’t covered unless the system was originally installed by Grove and the fault traces back to that workmanship.
Damage from builder modifications, barriers bridged during construction, or original building defects is excluded.
Soil build-up, garden bed bridging, drainage changes and non-termite moisture damage sit outside the warranty.
Is it right for you?
Termite inspection, system service and bi-annual pest treatment are bundled together, with warranty cover included as standard.
Cover applies for as long as the system is serviced on schedule.
Installation, monitoring and replenishment keep the system active, and cover applies while it’s serviced on schedule.
Prefer everything in one plan?
Warranty cover is included with PerimeterCare Complete, and with standalone reticulation or bait station servicing.

Termite treatment at no extra cost. If activity is detected while your plan is active and current, Grove locates the colony and treats it at no charge. It does not cover structural damage, system repair, or other associated costs.
The PerimeterCare Complete plan, a standalone reticulation system service, or a standalone bait station service. PerimeterCare does not include warranty cover, as it doesn’t include system service.
Yes. Cover remains valid as long as you have an annual inspection to the AS 3660.2 standard, carried out by any licensed pest technician.
You can cancel anytime with no penalties. Cover ends once the plan becomes inactive. You can rejoin later with a system assessment, and cover restarts without needing to start over.
No. Cover is for termite treatment only, and doesn’t include structural damage, timber replacement or building repairs. No Australian barrier installer offers structural damage cover, and home insurance typically excludes termite damage too.
Only if Grove installed the system and the fault traces back to that workmanship. For systems installed by others that Grove now services, cover applies to termite treatment, but not to repair or replacement of that system.
Renovations that alter the structure or breach barriers need appropriate termite protection put back in place. Get in touch with Grove beforehand for advice. Cover may not apply to modified areas until termite protection is addressed.
Yes. Grove services homes regardless of who installed the original system. An assessment confirms it’s serviceable, and cover then applies to termite treatment going forward. This doesn’t extend to repair or replacement of a non-Grove system.
Cover is tied to the active service plan rather than the property. If the new owner continues the plan, cover continues with them. Service documentation transfers with the property regardless, which holds value for buyers.
